Welcome to my (husband approved) love affair!
I’m so glad you found your way here. There are so many beautiful wedding inspiration sites and so I thought hard before I started blogging, but I love weddings so I had to. I fell in love with the style and the individuality of a couple expressed in each and every ceremony and the creative work in this industry.
I love the romance, the thought, the organization, the family involvement and all the pretty elements that Goodbye Miss brides dream up and make a reality. I wanted to indulge in all types of weddings – pretty, elaborate, simplistic, quirky and fun, wherever the love & personality of two people was evident through the way they celebrated their day.
Also, having been a planning bride recently who was a little overwhelmed at the expanse of the wedding industry and suppliers, I wanted to work on a place that could act as a showcase for great work and provide tips for all you newbies.
If you’re a planning bride looking for inspiration and trying to find way to shout “we’re the new Mr & Mrs, and we’re going to conquer the world together”, then you’re in the right place.
If you’re feeling constrained by tradition and wondering if there’s an alternative you’re also in the right place!
Goodbye Miss is about making your wedding uniquely yours. Like feeling free to not have a cake just because everyone does. Or feeling happy to have your mum walk you up the aisle. Or, one of my all time favourites, having your grannies as your flower girls!!
It’s your day so don’t be afraid to grab it by the horns and steer it in a direction both of you have dreamed of, whatever that it.
Thank you so much for visiting xxx
